When you use the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, church name, email address, phone number (if provided), your role, and your message. We also record the date and time of the submission and the IP address it came from.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and to discuss whether AptToTeach is a good fit for your church. Each submission is stored in our database and sent to us by email. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising trackers. Our web server may keep standard logs (such as IP address, pages requested, and browser type) for security and troubleshooting.

Retention and your choices

We keep contact submissions for as long as needed to follow up on your inquiry. To ask us to correct or delete information you sent, email bill@apttoteach.com.
